  • Construction mobilization, site logistics, and project infrastructure fully established.
  • Major underground utility installations progressed in accordance with the construction schedule.
  • Ground improvement (Vibro replacement) and deep foundation operations now over 65% complete.
  • Survey control, building layout, and elevation verification successfully completed.
  • Critical utility shop drawings submitted for review, supporting upcoming fabrication and installation.
