Momentum accelerates at Seven Park — the foundation is complete and vertical construction has begun to rise, advancing our commitment to quality, precision, and lasting craftsmanship.
This has been a defining period for Seven Park. With the final ground-floor foundation pour complete — placed with 68 truckloads of concrete — and the storefront foundations finished, our team has turned the corner from foundation into vertical construction. Work is now advancing on the Level 2 parking garage as the building begins its rise.
The foundation phase is complete. Our team has begun vertical construction — advancing the Level 2 parking garage, forming the southeast and southwest stair walls, and installing garage-level storm drainage as the structure starts to climb.
